RACHELE BORGHI GUGLIELMI
Rachele Borghi Guglielmi has been an intern at the BIPART law firm since April 2021. Always passionate about art, it was in 2020 that she began her studies in “Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage and Entertainment” (an interdisciplinary program between the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Arts and Humanities) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. This program allowed her to develop a mix of economic, humanistic, and legal knowledge. Her curriculum is closely related to the managerial aspects of the cultural sector, and it was during her university years that she became involved in event organization (even assuming the role of Event Curator at the TEDxUNICATT association) and cultural heritage legislation (culminating in her Bachelor’s thesis titled “The Reproduction of Cultural Heritage”). Another significant interest of hers is the art market and Art Advisory.
For this reason, alongside her experience at BIPART, she collaborates with a prestigious art gallery in Milan.
Within the BIPART law firm, she is responsible for all the “extra-legal” aspects, which include event organization, writing industry columns, and managing the firm’s social media.
